I have combined my clinical biomedical science expertise with BioKinesiology & Reflexology to create an individualised fertility holistic programme to help support natural and assisted conception.

6 or 8 x Reflexology Treatments - Duration: 60 mins.
The first step of the programme is a BioKinesiology Treatment. This powerful complementary assessment checks for imbalances in the following areas:

Lifestyle and dietary recommendations and premium supplements and personalised nutritional advice given as part of the programme.
Following your BioKinesiology treatment you will join me for Reflexology treatments. I use specific protocols depending upon where a woman is in her cycle to stimulate, sedate, or balance the reproductive system. You have the option to listen to a fertility hypnotherapy recording with positive affirmations while having your treatment.
Reflexology brings balance to the body so it takes what it needs from the therapy, helping to regulate the cycle and increase the chances of conception. Regular sessions provide a calming effect on the body and mind whilst providing support through your conception journey.
It can take 3 months to fully prepare the body for the best possible chance of conceiving. Most supplements can take 3 months to have full impact on your health therefore this programme is over a 3 month period.
Everyones circumstances are different and unique to them, so this advise should be used as a guideline.
